Hit or miss?

What happened here? All of the elements are fine by themselves, but not together. I't so distracting to see pink tights coming out of peep toes. You just don't get to wear tights or any nylon with peeptoes, EVER!!!

She might have been able to get away with the look with boots and the tights showing just a bit. But with this look the mixing of the seasonal garments is a miss.

Also, if the choice for jewelry is between gold and silver and you're wearing black and white, almost always silver will be your best choice.

I can see that she cares, and she tried, but back to the drawing board on this one.
